Background: Molar incisor hypomineralization is one of the major developmental defects enamel affecting or more first permanent molars and often associated with involvement. MIH thought to be idiopathic, but etiology not yet known. Objective: The aim this study was determine relationship between postnatal factors, namely disease suffered by children aged 0-3 years in group 6-15 years. Methods: conducted using a Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) diagram through databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Wiley, Science Direct keywords ((molar hypomineralization) AND (permanent molar)) (etiology). Results: 32 articles that fits criteria were found divided into 2 categories, namely: factor MIH. Conclusion: Based on results study, it can concluded there occurrence Respiratory at an early age most frequently.
